Single-page broadside of an article from the "Martinsburg Statesman" on the purchase of the Stewart House hotel by Col. John Q. A. Nadenbousch, and his renovations of the property: "It is the purpose of its public spirited owner to have it furnished and kept in a style second to no establishment of the kind in the country, and he expects to have it opened to the traveling public by the first of September."
