Catalogue Record

Title: Tax account(?), [3rd cent. B.C.]
Subject: Herders --Egypt --Fayyum --332-30 B.C.
	Documentary papyri --Egypt --Fayyum --332-30 B.C.
Material: 1 item : papyrus, twenty-eight partly joining fragments
	mounted in glass, very incomplete.
Note: Dimensions of fragments are 34.5 x 27.5 cm. or smaller.
	54 lines.
	Written across the fibers on the verso; written along
	the fibers on the recto in a different hand and inverse
	to the text on the verso.
	The first framed fragment has an upper margin of 4.5
	cm.; lower margin varies.
	Extracted from mummy cartonnage with P.Duk.inv. 100,
	P.Duk.inv. 102, P.Duk.inv. 105, and P.Duk.inv. 113-114.
	P.Duk.inv. 101 V was formerly P.Duk.inv. G 101 V and
	G 103-104 V, G 106 V, G 108-112 V.
	Tax account(?) from the Arsinoite Nome (modern name:
	Fayyum), Egypt, written on papyrus. Account is for
	various professions including goose herds. Recto
	has another tax account in Greek (P.Duk.inv. 101 R).
