Upper margin of 1.5 cm.; lower margin of 1-0.5 cm.; left margin of 1 cm. P.Duk.inv. 435 was formerly P.Miss. 1. Papyrus letter from Egypt addressed to a prostates, a spiritual leader. Contains instructions about various matters relating to Apa Kire, Kyriakos and others. Farewell reads "May we prosper through your holy prayers." Verso has a voucher in Greek (P.Duk.inv. 435 V).
