	glass, text faded ; 15 x 17 cm.
Note: Actual dimensions of item are 14.6 x 16.1 cm.
	13(?) lines.
	Written across the fibers on the verso; written along
	the fibers on recto.
	Upper margin of 1 cm.; lower margin of 8 cm.; left
	margin of 4 cm.; right margin of 1 cm.
	P.Duk.inv. 664 V was formerly P.Duk.inv. MF75 5 V.
	Papyrus text with birthdates for a horoscope(?) from
	Egypt. Mentions a woman, Eudoxia. Gives two dates,
	both have year 260 of Diocletian (A.D. 543/544).
	Recto has a magical text in Greek (P.Duk.inv. 664 R).
	In Greek.
