According to Theon, scribe of the district, and Ammonios, the village scribe of Psobthis(?), the farmer had leased the land before and now it is part of the imperial estate of Domitianus near Psobthis(?). The person in charge of the granary is also ordered to supply the farmer with seed for state-owned land from the plot formerly owned by Euphranor. Gaius, the royal scribe, also has to authorize the grant. The village scribe and the village tax collectors will approve the cultivation of the land. Dated to Choiak 22 of year 8 of Domitianus (Dec. 18, 88 A.D.). Author's name is known from another papyrus, P.Köln 3, 137 which has been published in: Kölner Papyri. Vol. 3.
