Duke is home to one of the largest institutional collections of comics in the country. The Edwin and Terry Murray Comic Book Collection, preserved in the Rubenstein Library, includes over 67,000 comics from the 1930s to the present, including many rarities like this early issue of Superman (Vol. 1, No. 32).
