Duke Alumni Card and OneLink

Duke alumni receive lifetime borrowing privileges to the Duke University Libraries. Materials can be checked out at Perkins, Divinity, and Music Libraries using the Duke Alumni Card. Once your netID expires after graduation, limited access to research databases is still available to Duke alumni through their OneLink account. Registration for a Duke Alumni Card and a OneLink account is required for borrowing and accessing research databases.

To register for borrowing privileges, please show your Duke Alumni Card at the service desk at Perkins, Divinity, or Music Library during regular business hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Materials may not be removed from the Rubenstein Rare Book & Manuscript Library, but visitors can view materials in the Rubenstein Library reading room.

Database access

Post-graduation, most databases can be accessed by visiting the Libraries in person. To access select databases available to alumni while off-campus (after OneLink registration), follow the link below.

Access Databases

Alumni can also see a list of Open Access databases that do not require registration.
