These policies apply to reservable study rooms in Perkins and Bostock Libraries.

Policies for Perkins + Bostock study rooms
- Study rooms may be reserved for up to three hours per day.
- Users have 15 minutes to claim their reserved room; after 15 minutes, the reservation will be canceled, and the room will become available.
- Priority is given to groups of two or more who have made reservations in advance.
- Groups with reservations must have their reservation confirmation readily available.
- Users without reservations must leave rooms when those with reservations are ready to use them.
- Housekeeping staff must be allowed access to the room to clean.
- Users may not reserve rooms by placing personal belongings or library materials in them; such items will be moved to the Perkins Service Desk on the first floor of Perkins Library.
- Study rooms may be reserved up to four weeks in advance.
- NOTE: Please remember to respond to the confirmation email you will receive within 1 hour. Otherwise, your booking will be canceled.
Policies for The Edge Project Rooms
- Groups may reserve a project room for up to three hours per day.

Policies for Interview Rooms
- Duke students, staff and faculty may book either of the interview rooms (Perkins B09 and Perkins 130) for a maximum of 90 minutes per day.
- Interview rooms may be reserved up to four weeks in advance.
- Perkins B09: Located in the lower stacks, Perkins B09 is ideal for phone or virtual interviews. The phone number is 919-660-5971. Note that only Duke students, staff or faculty may use this phone for school or business purposes. Room B09 also features a whiteboard and table seating for 1 to 4 people.
- Perkins 130: Located on the first floor, Perkins 130 is ideal for phone or virtual interviews. The phone number is 919-660-5959. Note that only Duke students, staff or faculty may use this phone for school or business purposes.
