Access to library resources may be requested for individuals who are not Duke faculty, staff, or students and would not receive access through normal processes.
When sponsoring someone for library access, you and/or your department will be held responsible for their use of library resources. This can include penalties and costs incurred for inappropriate use of electronic resources, late returns, lost/damaged items and recovery of costs accrued by the libraries for interlibrary loan.
