Recommendations

  1. Add the following sentence to the Library Takeout section on the Borrowing page and the top of the Library Takeout Service page:

You can request materials to be picked up from Perkins & Bostock, Lilly, or Music, whichever location is most convenient for you; materials do not have to be picked up from the library where they are shelved.

  1. If technically feasible, make the following updates to the Aleph-generated confirmation email:
    1. Bold pick-up location information and book title.
    2. Remove the addresses at the top of the email and start with “Dear Patron.”
