We have the following older GIS layers archived. Most are in SDC (Smart Data Compression) format, which doesn't open directly in ArcGIS Pro. Data in SDC format must be exported from within ArcMap (ArcGIS Desktop) to a feature class (shapefile or geodatabase layer) to use with analysis tools in ArcMap or to use with ArcGIS Pro. Each collection typically contains many detailed basemap layers with worldwide coverage, with more detail in North America and Europe.
