Organizing the work:
By carefully culling the information provided in Basecamp and Box, the group was able to develop a project proposal, a scope document, and a Gantt chart. Members were also responsible for creating a Basecamp site to keep track of the work for all the project teams. The group put together an ABOUT page for the website which explains how the project was selected, what we did, and what we learned from the process. Basecamp and Box were used to track what the different groups, serving as centralized locations for posting meeting minutes and other documents. The group used documentation recommended by the Digital Humanities Institute for Mid-Career Librarians, hosted by the River Campus Libraries at the University of Rochester, made available via their 21st Century Skills conference.
