The Bingham Center depends upon the generosity of private benefactors. We have received many of our holdings as gifts or acquired them with support from donors. Our director welcomes inquiries from individuals or organizations interested in contributing to the center’s holdings or supporting its programs in other ways.

- graduate student internships
- public programs
- staff positions
- acquiring new collections
- providing access to materials through description and preservation
Public Programs
You can get involved with the Bingham Center by attending programs highlighting our collections and their creators, our donors and other collaborators. See a list of our upcoming programs.
Internships and Volunteer Opportunities
The Bingham Center has been a training ground for numerous students and volunteers who want to gain experience working with rare materials that focus on women and gender. The center offers two internships per academic year, one focused on public services activities and the other on technical services. We create volunteer opportunties on a case-by-case basis, as we devise meaningful projects that further students' academic interests and provide them with valuable work experience.
