- Support you even when you’re not on campus—for example if you’re on break

Elizabeth Sanford is the Duke University Libraries Teaching & Learning Intern for the 2024 – 2025 academic year. As the Teaching & Learning Intern, Elizabeth supports library instruction and outreach through a number of avenues including Residence Hall Librarians and Writing 101 instruction.
Elizabeth is a second-year MSLS student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She specializes in academic libraries and her research interests focus on library support for undergraduate research experiences. Before moving to the Triangle, she completed an M.A. in Teaching at Furman University and a B.A. in History at Sweet Briar College. When not at a library (very rare), Elizabeth can be found doing rabbit rescue work or spending time outdoors, preferably on a river or lake.
