For Departments

  • When you have identified students who meet the criteria for elevated library services, please email Michael Edwards and include your subject librarian with the names of students who will need these elevated privileges. Please allow two weeks for the updates to be made.
  • If you have an undergraduate student who wishes to submit their paper to DukeSpace, direct them to get permission from their faculty advisor. Faculty advisors should then contact Repository Services indicating the student has permission, at which point they will be granted access to submit to the repository. More details about this process may be found on the Undergraduate Theses Overview page in LibGuides.
